Your Website Captures the Lead with Gravity Certs. Gaya Carries It Into Every Carrier Portal.

— Carl Ziade

A prospect fills out a quote request on your website at 9:12 a.m. They give you their name, their address, two drivers, two vehicles, and the coverage they want. They did the typing.

Then your team types it all again. Into the AMS. Then into Progressive. Then Safeco. Then the regional carrier your rater doesn't connect to. By the time the first quote goes out, it's close to lunch and the prospect has already heard from someone else.

The data was never the problem. The problem is how many times your team has to handle it.

That's why we built a direct integration with GravityCerts. GravityCerts owns the front door. Gaya owns what happens inside the carrier portal. Together, a quote request goes from your website to a ready-to-paste record in Gaya without anyone retyping it.

Built by People Who Ran an Agency

GravityCerts started with a problem its founders lived themselves.

Jarel Culley was a web developer and programmer. Then he married Elizabeth, an insurance agent, and together they opened their own independent agency.

When Jarel built their agency's website, he kept hitting the same walls. Quote forms that didn't talk to the AMS. Data that had to be entered twice. Tools built by people who had never worked a renewal. So he built what they needed, and then he offered it to other agencies.

GravityCerts doesn't try to reinvent the agency website. It runs on WordPress, with its own plugin that sends quote form data straight into the tools agencies already use. Most sites go live in about a week. The team pairs an agent with 20+ years in insurance and a developer with 17+ years building for the web. That mix shows in the product. It's simple, and it works the way an agency works.

Today, many independent agencies run on GravityCerts, and a lot of them heard about it from another agent. We've grown the same way. Agents trust the tools other agents vouch for. That's a big part of why this partnership made sense to us.

How the Integration Works

The connection is a direct API link between GravityCerts and Gaya. No Zapier or Make, so there's nothing extra to maintain.

  1. A prospect submits a quote form on your GravityCerts website. Auto, home, commercial, or any custom form you've built.
  2. GravityCerts turns the submission into a structured PDF and sends it to Gaya.
  3. Gaya creates a new client record automatically.
  4. Your producer opens the carrier portal, clicks Super Paste, and Gaya fills the fields.

Your producer never retypes what the prospect already typed.

Where the Time Actually Goes

A lot of tools can capture a lead. Very few help once your producer is inside the carrier portal. That's the part of the workflow raters skip and most automation tools avoid, and it's where your team spends most of its time.

Gaya lives there. It's a browser extension, so it works inside the portals your team already uses, including the carriers your rater doesn't connect to.

Two things make that work in real agencies:

Gaya fills pages in multiple passes. A quote can have six drivers, extra vehicles, and fields that only appear after you answer the one above or move to the next page. Gaya keeps working through each page until it's filled.

Your producer stays in control. Gaya fills the fields. Your producer reviews them and decides what gets submitted. Nothing goes to a carrier until a person approves it.

Build a Complete Record

The GravityCerts intake gives Gaya a clean, structured starting point. Most quotes need more than that.

You can add the prospect's current dec page, a prior ACORD form, or other documents to the same record in Gaya. Gaya reads them and pulls the data in, so the intake form and the supporting documents sit together in one record, ready to paste. GravityCerts can also send PDF attachments along with the form submission.

The same goes for renewals and remarketing. When it's time to requote, pull the original GravityCerts intake and the latest policy download into Gaya. You shop the account with current data instead of out of date data.

Works With What You Already Use

The same GravityCerts submission that lands in Gaya can also go to AgencyZoom, Momentum AMP, and your other connected tools at the same time. Adding Gaya doesn't change anything you've already set up. It helps you move faster between them.

Records created through the integration are saved in your Gaya portal, so your team can review, edit, and reuse them. Every paste lands in a carrier portal or system you already control.

What Changes for Your Team

GravityCerts reports that agencies using the two tools together have cut quoting time by up to 80%. In one agency they featured, a producer quoted a home and auto bundle across six carriers in under 25 minutes. That used to take most of a morning.

For the agency owner, that means more quotes per producer without adding headcount. For the producer, it means spending the day on clients instead of keystrokes. For the prospect, it means faster quotes.

Setup Takes About Five Minutes

  1. Log into your Gaya portal and copy your Live API Key.
  2. In your GravityCerts dashboard, go to Forms > Settings > GravityCerts, find Gaya, paste the key, and click Test Connection.
  3. For each form you want connected, create a feed, choose Gaya as the action, and pick Personal or Commercial Lines.
  4. Submit a test lead. A new record shows up in Gaya within seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Gaya submit quotes on its own?
No. Gaya fills the fields. Your producer reviews and submits. You stay in control of every quote.

What if the form is missing information or something is wrong?
Gaya fills what it has and leaves the rest blank. It doesn't guess. Before you paste, you can edit the record in Gaya to fill gaps or fix anything the prospect entered wrong.

Can I add dec pages or other documents?
Yes. Add them to the same record in Gaya. Gaya reads them and combines that data with the intake form.

Can I use this for renewals and remarketing?
Yes. Bring the original GravityCerts intake and the latest policy download into Gaya, and you can requote with current data.

Does it work for commercial lines?
Yes. Any GravityCerts form, personal or commercial, can send to Gaya.

Which carriers does it work with?
Gaya works inside browser-based carrier portals, including the ones your rater doesn't connect to.

Do I need both tools?
Gaya works on its own with data you copy from documents, portals, or your AMS. The GravityCerts integration removes the step between your website and Gaya, so leads arrive ready to paste.
